First of all we visit the site and analyze the design opportunities. We sit with our clients and get to know them better, discuss their requirements, project expectation, budget plans and timeline before step in to design process.
Concept development is one of the most important phases during the creative process. With the client brief and our observations and understandings, we come up with unique, modern concepts which suits best for the space and represents the personality of the client.
During the design and planning stage, we develop the most optimum floor plans, furniture layouts, mood boards, furniture boards, physical models, 3D models, 3D renders and walk-through videos for better visualization.
Construction is the final phase of the project and we implement construction step by step to bring the design the to reality.
