Proposed is a two story residential house in Negombo. The land is accessible from a 20ft wide road and to the west side the land, there is another residential house proposed to the opposite Lot 27 in plan no. 1148. The clients anticipate to have more fictional space in each room and aesthetics that provides warmth and relaxing ambience. A special request by the client was the have a photography studio space separately from the private area to maintain work environment. The residential house consists 2 Mater bedrooms with an attached bathroom & walk-in closet, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and photography studio.
